On May 24, visitors at the Ethnographic Museum will have the unique opportunity to attend a special event dedicated to the life and work of distinguished ethnologist Jasna Bjeladinović Jergić. Through inspiring discussions with experts from ethnology, museology, and folk arts, attendees can discover the rich professional legacy of this scientist, her contributions to the study of traditional costumes, and museum practices in Serbia. Renowned specialists including Vjera Medić, Vilma Niškanović, Bogdanka Đurić, Srboljub Ninković, and Srđan Tatić, will share their memories and insights on Jasna’s work. A distinctive artistic contribution will be made by the cultural ensemble "Stanko Paunović" from Pančevo, with musical and choreographic support from Mirjana Drobać and Dejan Trifunović. This unique event celebrates tradition, science, and art, and is open to all interested parties.
