Vukosava Bar, June 11 - Book Launch “Once Upon a Band” & Live Concert by VIS “Graffiti”

On June 11th from 8:30 PM, Vukosava Bar transforms into a time machine with tales of Belgrade's rock n' roll scene and sounds of a bygone era. The evening kicks off with the launch of the book “Once Upon a Band”, where Bole Novaković, alongside Era from “Vampiri”, critic Bane Lokner, and Moki from “Graffiti”, under the moderation of Viktor Gavrilović, unveils nostalgic anecdotes and authentic 80s stories. This book opens the door to the life and creation of the legendary rockabilly band VIS “Graffiti”, capturing the spirit of 1980s Belgrade. Following the inspiring launch, the band “Graffiti” takes the stage, delivering an acoustic concert that brings the golden years of rock n' roll right into the city’s heart. Throughout the event, DJ Gavrilo injects the energy of 50s and 60s vinyl, enriching the night with genuine sounds. A perfect opportunity for the older crowd to reminisce about their time and for the younger generation to discover the magic of past decades and the local music scene!
