On Friday, June 21st from 7 PM, all Mediterranean cuisine enthusiasts are invited to learn true Greek techniques and recipes with experienced chefs – from preparing fresh Greek bread with olive oil, to creating rich appetizers like tzatziki, melitzanosalata, and marinated olives. The main course presents Giouvetsi, slow-cooked beef in tomato sauce with spices, alongside Briam – a juicy baked Mediterranean vegetable dish. To complete your evening, indulge in Portokalopita – a traditional Greek orange cake soaked in warm citrus syrup. This workshop offers a chance to not only savor exquisite flavors through interactive cooking and dining but also to learn how to recreate them at home.
