Belgrade Kitchen Party, Sunday, May 24th at 7 PM – Greek Night: Culinary Workshop and Dinner

This interactive culinary workshop will guide participants through the creation of authentic Greek specialties: from crispy lagana bread with olive oil and oregano, to refreshing tzatziki and smoked eggplant in melitzanosalata, to marinated olives for appetizers. As the main course, participants will join Chef Davor Zuka and a guest pastry chef in preparing giouvetsi – slow-cooked beef in a rich tomato sauce, along with Mediterranean vegetables seasoned with olive oil and oregano. To finish off, Portokalopita – a luscious orange cake soaked in warm citrus syrup – provides the perfect Greek touch to the evening. The workshop involves hands-on preparation of all dishes with expert guidance and concludes with a communal dinner, where everyone gathers to savor the delicacies they've crafted themselves.
