On the menu: a crispy Cuban sandwich with mojo pork, ham, cheese, pickles and mustard; shredded beef in a fragrant sauce served with moros y cristianos and a Cuban salad with lime and fresh vegetables; and a Tres Leches cake with vanilla and cinnamon.
