Belgrade Kitchen Party, Friday March 27 – Moroccan Culinary Workshop and Communal Dinner

On Friday, March 27 at 7 PM, professional chef Davor Zuka and a guest pastry chef will take you on a gastronomic journey through the rich traditions of Moroccan cuisine. Participants will collaboratively prepare authentic dishes – starting with kefta brochettes and traditional Moroccan bread with yogurt sauce, moving on to slow-roasted beef mechoui with couscous and vegetables, and finishing with the spectacular dessert M'hancha with almonds and honey. After the workshop, all participants will enjoy a communal dinner in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
