Belgrade Kitchen Party, Saturday June 6 – Workshop: Flavors of Spain

On Saturday, June 6, starting at 7 PM, the Belgrade Kitchen Party invites all lovers of Spanish cuisine! An atmosphere filled with the scent of summer, rich Spanish flavors, and the warmth of friendship, awaits all who wish to explore the world of authentic tapas, delicious pork with romesco sauce, and the irresistible tres leches cake. In the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to prepare croquetas de jamón themselves, enjoy a Mediterranean escalivada salad, and learn the secrets of making aioli sauce. The main course offers a juicy pork fillet with roasted potatoes and an aromatic romesco sauce made from roasted peppers and almonds, and for the evening finale, the traditional Spanish dessert tres leches will be served. This workshop is the perfect chance for relaxed socializing, learning new culinary skills, and enjoying a rich selection of wines, all in the cozy setting of Hercega Stjepana 15.
