Belgrade Kitchen Party, Saturday, November 7 — Flavors of Spain

Bring the spirit of Spain into the kitchen with a hands-on workshop that blends cooking and a shared dinner at one table. The menu starts with a tapas bar featuring croquetas de jamón, escalivada salad, pan rústico with aioli, followed by lomo de cerdo with rustic potatoes and romesco sauce, and finishes with a light, creamy tres leches dessert. Throughout the evening, participants cook side by side with professional chefs, learn practical cooking techniques, and then enjoy a full three-course meal they prepared themselves. The workshop takes place at Belgrade Kitchen Party, Hercega Stjepana 15.
