On Saturday, March 28th from 12 PM, Jevrem Grujić's House transforms into a treasure trove of knowledge and flavor with the lecture 'IT'S NOT JUST ANY BOZA!'. Discover untold stories and adventures of a drink that has accompanied humanity for centuries from the Middle East to Belgrade's confectioneries. In collaboration with the Museum of Sweets, visitors get the chance to savor freshly made boza from the legendary 'Petković' confectionery (recipe since 1903), as well as the famous cream rolls from 'Bueno'. The lecture is led by Marina Lukić Cvetić and Dr. Lidija Cvetić Vučković, with every bite and sip enriched by the authentic museum ambiance. This is not just a story about a drink, but a journey through time and tradition – experience history with all your senses!
