Studentski Grad Cultural Center, October 16: Orphan (Árva)

The screening of Orphan (Árva) continues in the Small Hall of the Studentski Grad Cultural Center — a historical drama and biographical film set in Budapest in the aftermath of the Hungarian Revolution. The story follows Andor, a boy whose idea of family is shattered when a man appears claiming to be his father. László Nemes crafts a tense, deeply moving story that turns a personal drama into a larger reflection on truth, trauma, and freedom.
