Cultural Center Studentski Grad, October 17: Orphan (Árva)

The final screening of Orphan (Árva) in this time slot brings a powerful story of growing up, family fracture, and the way time reshapes lives. Set in Budapest in 1957, it follows Andor as he tries to uncover who his father is and what remains of family legends once reality catches up with them. László Nemes blends intimate drama with a pivotal historical moment into a film that lingers long after the credits roll.
