Dom kulture Studentski Grad, 19–31 October: Exhibition “Dobrica Erić – 90 Years Since His Birth”

An exhibition dedicated to Dobrica Erić is on view in the library hall, marking 90 years since his birth. The display follows the poet whose verses are deeply rooted in village life, Šumadija, and Serbia, while also revealing a lesser-known side of his work: the visual art and illustrations he left behind. Through this exhibition, visitors encounter themes of homeland, nature, family life, and ecological awareness that shape his rich body of work. Curated by Višnja Blagojević, the exhibition brings Erić’s creativity to life so that poet and artist are seen together, along with the traces he left in both word and image.
