Students' Cultural Center, October 27: Alternative Cinema

This October edition of Alternative Cinema at Studio 28 puts documentary films in the spotlight. The Academic Film Center brings audiences together for a screening and a conversation beyond mainstream commercial cinema. The program features carefully selected films from the Archive of Alternative Film, with room afterward to explore questions of form, authorship, the era in which the films were made, and the personal impact of what appears on screen. This is more than just a screening — the audience is invited to take part in a moderated discussion, with an emphasis on student exchange and critical film analysis.
