Students' Cultural Center, November 3: Literary Evening – Mariana Enriquez, Book Presentation

Dark, unsettling, and powerful, Mariana Enriquez’s prose takes center stage at a literary evening at Club Magistrala “Dragan Ve Ignjatović.” The program features three books by the Argentine author: *Things We Lost in the Fire*, *A Sunny Place for Shady People*, and *The Dangers of Smoking in Bed*. The discussion explores a world where fear, family trauma, the fantastic, and religious motifs collide with contemporary reality. Bojana Kovačević Petrović, Ana Marković, and Tamara Mitrović join the conversation, adding both a translator’s and a reader’s perspective that opens up new ways of reading one of Argentina’s most compelling contemporary voices.
