Student City Cultural Center, 8th June 2026 – Psychological Corner: Am I Only Worthy If I'm Productive?

On Monday, June 8th at 7:00 PM, the Magistrala Club in the Student City Cultural Center becomes the meeting place for a question that quietly troubles many of us: why is it so hard to allow ourselves to rest? Psychologist Kristina Stanković will lead an interactive workshop where, together with participants, she will explore why modern society teaches us that we are only worthy if we are productive, why we often feel guilty when we pause, and how we can develop a healthier relationship with work, rest, and our own self-worth. This evening session offers a safe space for sharing experiences and practical advice on how to free ourselves from internal pressures and find a balance between activity and pause. Admission is free, and the doors of the Magistrala Club are open to all who wish to learn how to allow themselves moments of peace without guilt.
