Visitors to Gallery 73 can explore Slovakia's artistic heritage through the exhibition 'Slovak Brushes,' which showcases an exceptional collection of Slovak artists' self-portraits from the interwar period to the 1980s. Based on the collection of Vojtech Löffler, this exhibition brings together works by artists like E. Zmeták, J. Jakoby, and Ľ. Čordák, as well as leading post-war generation representatives and the Košice modernists. The exhibition also features pieces by new artistic names from the 1970s and 1980s, including a self-portrait of the collector himself. Enjoy a walk through the carefully lit gallery space and discover the diversity of Slovak visual expression, where each portrait tells its own story of art and identity. The exhibition is open until June 30, 2026, and offers a unique opportunity to experience the cultural richness of the region in one place in Belgrade.
