Grillmaster Class on May 27 – Discover the Flavors of Leskovac with Chef Gile

Experience the aroma of the grill and the spirit of Southern Serbia right in Belgrade! On May 27th, starting at 4 PM, food enthusiasts and those who love authentic cuisine can dive into the secrets of the Leskovac grill school under the guidance of Dragisa Stefanović – Chef Gile. During this workshop at Gastro Hub, participants will learn all about choosing and preparing meat, the perfect blend of spices, shaping of ćevaps and pljeskavicas, and mastering the art of grilling. The program includes practical tips, tastings, interaction with the chef, and the stories from the heart of Leskovac's grill culture. Attendees will jointly prepare and relish ćevaps, pljeskavicas, opanak sausages, mućkalica stew, trljanica spread, and Gypsy salad, accompanied by drinks and the authentic atmosphere of Southern Serbia. Spaces are limited, and for 6500 RSD, all specialties and drinks are included.
