Goethe Institute - German Cultural Center, September 2026: CraftLab Scale Up! Development Program for Creatives and Small Businesses

Creatives, artisans, and small business owners have the opportunity to elevate their businesses through the free CraftLab Scale Up! program. Organized by Nova Iskra in partnership with the Goethe Institute in Belgrade, this program is designed for those who wish to develop their ideas more thoughtfully, sustainably, and with a clear strategic plan. Participants will have the chance to explore all aspects of their business, recognize new potentials, and create a growth plan for the next year during five two-hour workshops in September. With the aid of practical tools, group work, and mentorship, this program is guided by experienced mentors from Nova Iskra – Nana Radenković and Ljiljana Ćuk, who will assist each team or individual in building a sustainable strategy.
