Three bands, three unique energies, and one festival dedicated to the raw power of instruments – the Who's with Whom? fest at Governance Bar transforms Friday night into a true musical laboratory! Attendees will have the chance to dive into the psychedelic desert sounds of Vremen, blending Eastern motifs with progressive rhythms and effects. Deliblat, a quartet from Novi Sad, offers an explosive mix of krautrock, sludge, doom, and black metal through hypnotic sequences and powerful riffs, while Bulka combines progressive rock/metal with odd time signatures and influences from global bands. All this in the atmosphere of Governance's well-known underground charm, surrounded by an audience eager for an authentic musical experience.
