Italian Cultural Center, 15 October 2026 — Book launch of “Lingua gentile, lingua geniale: ideare, progettare, creare con l’italiano” (in Italian)

Join us at the Italian Cultural Center for an engaging evening dedicated to the book “Lingua gentile, lingua geniale: ideare, progettare, creare con l’italiano,” and to the Italian language as a vehicle of culture, knowledge, and creativity. The book will be presented by Snežana Milinković, full professor of Italian literature at the Faculty of Philology, University of Belgrade, and Tobia Zanon, associate professor of Italian linguistics at the University of Padua. The audience will be introduced to the volume curated by Annalisa Nesi and Raffaella Setti, which explores the history and tradition of Italian as well as its role in fields such as technology, science, engineering, design, fashion, gastronomy, literature, and art. A special part of the discussion will also focus on teaching Italian abroad and on language choices adapted to didactic needs. The program will be held in Italian, without interpretation.
