Family secrets, an inheritance that divides, and humor that reveals our deepest weaknesses—all await the audience at the premiere of Slobodan Simić's modern comedy 'Testament'. On stage at the Jewish Cultural Center, Sara Cizelj and Stefan Trifunović bring to life a battle over a will that leaves everything to the male heirs as rules break and bounds of reason are tested. Director Stefan Sablić leads viewers through a satirical tale of family, identity, and societal norms that easily become instruments of injustice. The costumes and set designed by Boris Čakširan, along with the stage speech by Ljiljana Mrkić Popović, further empower this humorous and provocative play. Get ready for an evening full of laughter, surprises, and questions about what it truly means to inherit one’s destiny.
