Surinamese cuisine comes to KC GRAD for Delicacy Monday, starting at 6:00 PM. Expect a table full of dishes and bites that take you through the flavors of Suriname: pom and pastei, Surinamese beans, peanut soup, moksi alesi, bami and nasi with chicken, rice in several variations, Surinamese barbecue, plus snacks like bitterballen, loempia, and satay. To round it all off, there will be a refreshing ginger lemonade, making the evening both a culinary and cultural experience.
