Kolarac, September 17, 2026 – Opening of the exhibition “The World of Fantasy on Paper”

Fantastical scenes, mythical beings, and faces that drift between dream and reality fill the Kolarac Endowment Gallery at the opening of “The World of Fantasy on Paper.” The exhibition presents works by 62 artists, from major figures of Mediala and international fantasy art to contemporary creators who are expanding this form through new themes, sensibilities, and artistic approaches. The opening will feature remarks by Prof. Dr. Oliver Tomić and art historian Emilija Aćimović, MA, while the exhibition is curated by Minja Velemir. It is an encounter with drawing and paper as a space where the familiar can effortlessly turn into the extraordinary.
