Kula Cetinjska, September 23–27, 2026 — Pop-up exhibition and book launch of “Maru, the Bookshop Cat”

The story of the Apropo bookshop and Maru the cat comes to Kula Cetinjska through a pop-up exhibition and the presentation of the book “Maru, the Bookshop Cat.” Lidija Jovanović and illustrator Manja Lekić have shaped this project as a tribute to a place that brought together lovers of books, tea, and animals. Original photographs, collage, and illustration all meet here, carrying the same warm, distinctive spirit that made Apropo and Maru unforgettable. The opening takes place on Wednesday, September 23 at 6 PM, and the exhibition remains on view until September 27. The event also has a special purpose, as proceeds from book sales help support the care and adoption of cats.
