Cultural Centre of Belgrade, October 9: Screening of "Milica Tomić"

The docu-fiction film "Milica Tomić" comes to the Hall of the Cultural Centre of Belgrade as part of the "Goodbye 20th Century" program, bringing back into focus the story of a trailblazing advocate for women’s rights whose work was almost erased from collective memory after World War II. The film takes us to Novi Sad at the end of the 19th century, where a political conflict opens a broader picture of Milica Tomić’s life and legacy. Directed by Sonja Rakić and Nikola Spasić, the film runs 94 minutes and is shown as part of FEST.
