Belgrade Cultural Center, Monday, June 8, 2026 – Celebrating 40 Years of Music Program with a Gala Concert

Step into the Art Gallery and Artget Gallery for a journey through four decades of music in the heart of the city! The 40th anniversary celebration of the Belgrade Cultural Center’s music program brings together artists who defined its early days and new talents continuing the tradition. Audiences will be treated to a variety of performances – from Jakov Srejović’s Recorder Group, to traditional singing students from Mokranjac Music School, and chamber music students from the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad. Performers like Miloš Raičković, Danijela Popović, Nataša Mitrović, Renaissance Ensemble, Vesna Stanković, Tatjana Šurev, Lidija Stanković, Aneta Ilić, Nada Kolundžija, Sandra Belić, Ljubiša Jovanović, Biljana Gorunović, Sonja Kalajić, Vladimir Gligorić, and Dražen Tikveša will grace the stage. Former editor Nena Mihajlović Vlajković will lead the celebration, where each note echoes a rich musical past, and a vibrant future is born. This event is a chance for generations of performers and audiences to meet, celebrating art and unity at a place where it all began and where music still thrives.
