Museum of African Art, October 1, 2026 — MAU for Everyone, Everyone at MAU: African Jewelry

A workshop for older adults at the Museum of African Art dedicated to African jewelry, held as part of the "MAU for Everyone, Everyone at MAU" program. From 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., the focus will be on ornaments, motifs, and shapes that open the door to conversations about African art and heritage, as well as hands-on creative work in a relaxed museum setting. The program is designed for senior visitors who want to spend a morning in the museum through creative making and guided exploration of themes from African culture.
