Museum of African Art, September 26–27, 2026 — Say It: MoDa at MAU MasterClass Workshop

Spend two inspiring days at the Museum of African Art turning waste into fashion material. After exploring the exhibition “Say It: Art – Waste as a Resource,” featuring sculptures from Namibia and South Africa made from discarded Nespresso capsules, adult participants move into a hands-on workshop guided by applied artist Milica Marinković. Together, they create their own fashion pieces with a focus on unique accessories such as bags, belts, and decorative objects — working directly with the material and the idea of transforming the discarded into something wearable, striking, and deeply personal.
