Museum of African Art, August 30: Early Childhood Day

Join us at the Museum of African Art for a full day of activities for children, parents, and professionals from 10:00 to 18:00. Early Childhood Day brings together play, ecology, child development, safety, imagination, and the importance of the early years through a program that connects art and education in a warm museum setting. Throughout the day, you can enjoy workshops, expert talks, and creative sessions, including activities about recycling and the world of African animals, along with an exhibition of recycled sculptures and topics such as responsive parenting and sensory integration. This all-day family and educational event opens up a space for learning, play, and meaningful encounters with the key themes of growing up.
