Museum of Applied Art, September 3–24, 2026 — Exhibition “Ma: In-Between Space” by Jovana Čavorović

The Main Gallery of the Museum of Applied Art is hosting “Ma: In-Between Space,” an exhibition by Jovana Čavorović featuring porcelain works created in Japan during the artist’s three-year research residency. The exhibition explores the idea of “ma” as a space of relationship and presence, where the arrangement and distance between works actively shape the viewing experience. Within this framework, the principles of wabi-sabi and kintsugi also emerge through transience, fragility, rupture, and renewal. Part of the Salon of Contemporary Applied Art and Design, the exhibition can be visited at the museum from September 3 to 24.
