More than 70 exceptional artworks await visitors at the 'Personal Stories / Political Realities' exhibition in the Museum of Contemporary Art in Belgrade. This international showcase, in collaboration with the Museum of Contemporary Art in Lyon, brings together artists from Serbia, the former Yugoslav region, and the global contemporary art scene. Thematically organized, the exhibition opens a space for dialogue between generations, geographies, and artistic approaches, exploring how personal memories and identities shape our everyday life and political environment. Visitors will have the chance to experience diverse works: paintings, video installations, performances, and innovative artistic concepts, including a striking re-performance of the work 'Lines, Rows, Columns (Dormitory)' by artist Ivana Ivković. Curated by Isabel Bertolotti, Marijana Kolarić, Miroslav Karić, and Mathieu Leleu, the exhibition has been designed as a meeting of contemporary perspectives and personal narratives. The exhibition runs until September 20 and is accessible to all art enthusiasts during the museum's opening hours. It's an ideal opportunity for anyone looking to explore contemporary art and current social themes from different perspectives.
