Visitors to the MSUB Salon have the opportunity to explore the intriguing floor installation 'This Is No Longer a Landscape. Tolerance, Transparency, Transition' by Irena Lagator Pejović until April 6th. This exhibition uses fragmented glass from the facades of historical buildings—The National Bank of Yugoslavia’s branch in Cetinje and the Genex Tower in Belgrade—to speak about the loss of architectural heritage through the lens of political and economic changes. The installation visually evokes mountain peaks, mounds, or ruins, inviting visitors to reflect on the impact of socio-political and ecological crises on our daily lives and memory. The minimalist gallery space enhances the experience, while the artwork and photos on the walls further expand the exhibition's theme. Anyone interested in contemporary art, architecture, and social topics will find inspiration and food for thought here.
