Museum of Contemporary Art, Saturday July 25: Workshop 'Bring Your Drawing to Life' – Animation for Kids

A drawing can turn into a living story! On Saturday, July 25th, children at the Museum of Contemporary Art will have the chance to discover how animation is brought to life, step by step, inspired by the well-known animation 'Beeboy' by artist Sadko Hadžihasanović. Through a discussion on the challenges, courage, and perseverance of the main character, participants will explore how childhood can become art. Led by Milena Radović and the museum curators, the 'Bring Your Drawing to Life' workshop offers children an opportunity to use their imagination, draw, and create their very own short animation. The workshop will be held in two sessions: from 12:00 to 1:30 PM for ages 9–11, and from 2:00 to 3:30 PM for ages 12–15. All materials are provided, creating an ideal atmosphere for creative engagement and new friendships. A great opportunity for all kids who want to learn how a drawing can become a movement!
