New Money Bar, September 24: Rum Cocktail Mixology Workshop

Rum takes center stage at this hands-on workshop at New Money Bar, where you’ll explore how it works in cocktails, which ingredients it pairs with best, and what creates the perfect balance in the glass. Throughout the evening, participants will taste a variety of rum cocktails, learn techniques and bar tricks, and then step behind the bar to build their own drink from scratch. A special focus is placed on tiki cocktails—packed with flavor, color, and tropical flair—with the finale leading into a collaboration with the bartender to create your own signature cocktail. The workshop lasts about two to three hours and is designed for anyone curious to take a practical first step into the world of mixology.
