Madlenianum Opera and Theatre, June 2 – Masquerade and Endless Game: Drama and Ballet Diptych

The performance 'Masquerade and Endless Game' offers a completely new experience – a diptych combining the elegance of ballet with the power of dramatic expression in one evening. The first part, the ballet 'Masquerade', showcases the lavish choreography of Aleksandar Ilić, spectacular costumes by Zora Miočinović, and music from classics like Khachaturian, Shostakovich, Strauss II, along with contemporary sounds by 'The Dreamliners'. Artists like Ana Teslić, Feodora Grujić, and many others shine onstage. The second part, the drama 'Endless Game', is a work by Jelena Paligorić Sinkerić directed and visually produced by Nastasja Alja Daničić, featuring a powerful cast including Svjetlana Knežević and Milica Janketić, supplemented by young ballet talents.
