Sprat Bar, November 2: Palestinian Film Day — screening of Foragers and a talk

The documentary Foragers by Jumana Manna will be screened at Sprat Bar as part of Palestinian Film Days, an international event held in solidarity with the Palestinian people. Released in 2022, the 65-minute film explores themes that emerge through Palestinian experience, and it will be shown with English subtitles. After the screening, the audience is invited to stay for a conversation about what the film brings up, so the evening doesn’t end with the credits but continues through a discussion of the motifs and questions that linger long after the film is over.
