Theatre on the Hill, November 16 at 8:00 PM — Once Upon a Time on Brijuni

At Theatre on the Hill, "Once Upon a Time on Brijuni" brings the audience back to the Brijuni Islands in the 1970s, to the moment when the filming of "Sutjeska" brought two worlds face to face. Directed by Kokan Mladenović, the play intertwines the worlds of Josip Broz Tito and Jovanka with Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor, and that unusual mix of politics, history, and glamour drives the entire performance. Starring Milan Marić, Branislav Trifunović, Tihana Lazović, and Sanja Marković, this production combines strong acting with a play that has already enjoyed many successful performances.
