A dinner with the neighbors quickly turns into something far beyond polite small talk. With sharp humor, “People Upstairs” uncovers the cracks in everyday relationships and brings themes like routine, emotional distance, loneliness, and the search for happiness into the spotlight. Staged on the Main Stage of Teatar na Brdu, the play asks whether the answer lies in something new or in trying to mend what’s already there.
