On March 25th, the stage of Vuk Theater brings to life the profound layers of Serbian history and identity through the extraordinary play 'Kosovo Cycle,' directed by Nikola Zavisić. This unique production from the National Theater of Pristina blends words, dance, and song to create a captivating artistic ensemble that showcases the myths, oaths, and curses associated with Kosovo. The audience will experience a wide range of emotions and characters – from tragedy to defiance, betrayal to heroism – woven into the collective memory. The cast includes Milica Burazer, Jelena Orlović, Tamara Tomanović, Anika Grujić, Đorđe Velimirović, Nikola Đorđević, Nikola Stanković, Nebojša Đorđević, and Igor Filipović, with special guest guslar Dušan Strajnić (Dukat). The set design, music, and choreography enrich this evening's experience, while visual effects and overhead projector drawings provide a distinctive artistic touch.
