U10 Art Space, Saturday June 20 – Weaving the Elements: Textile Workshop with Andrea Di Natale

Get ready for a creative Saturday at U10 Art Space, perfect for all art lovers! Join the 'Weaving the Elements' workshop led by Andrea Di Natale and explore the symbolism of the four elements - water, earth, fire, and air through weaving. Inspired by the exhibition from Katarina Juričić and Igor Schiller, this two-hour session (from 2 to 4 PM) offers participants the chance to turn their personal impressions and ideas into unique textile compositions. The workshop is designed for adults and requires no prior experience; all materials and tools are provided, with a maximum of 12 participants. The program starts with a brief introduction to the exhibition and weaving basics, with a practical demonstration on a cardboard loom. Afterwards, each participant experiments independently with colors, textures, and rhythms to create their own small tapestry inspired by the elements of nature. At the end, participants showcase their creations and discuss the creative process. The workshop is conducted in English, completely free of charge, and registration is required via email.
