UMAMI Cocktail & Sushi Bar, Sunday September 6: Sushi Workshop “MY FIRST SUSHI”

Join us at UMAMI for a hands-on sushi workshop that takes you through the basics of one of Japan’s most iconic dishes — from ingredients and techniques to rolling and plating your own bites. Uroš Radoičić, a certified sushi master with international experience, will demonstrate how sushi is made, and then participants will move on to the practical part and create their own pieces. The workshop is designed for beginners, with a focus on learning by doing, getting familiar with Japanese culinary traditions, and enjoying an evening that brings together food, skill, and curiosity at the table.
