Parobrod Cultural Institution, October 8 at 8 PM — Damiano Grandesso / GrandessoCera

Damiano Grandesso arrives at UK Parobrod on October 8 at 8 PM as part of the 13th Belgrade SAXperience International Saxophone Festival. Audiences will hear one of Italy’s leading classical saxophonists, but with GrandessoCera the spotlight shifts to a compelling blend of saxophone and electronic music on stage. The program features new works by Andrea Cera, composer and music producer, opening the door to a contemporary sound world, precise interpretation, and a side of the saxophone that goes beyond the usual classical concert expectations. This performance is part of a festival program that, throughout the autumn, explores the instrument’s many possibilities across classical, jazz, and contemporary music.
