DC Krov, November 30, 2025 – Kickoff of the Visual Anthropology School with Theoretical Lectures and Film Exercises

Visual anthropology finds its space at the Kamenko Katić Cinema in the DC Krov! The Visual Anthropology Center (VAC) opens its doors to all those eager to explore the world of ethnographic and documentary film through a six-month school divided into 9 modules. Every week at 6 PM, participants dive into theoretical lectures and practical film exercises – an ideal opportunity for students, graduates, postgraduates, and filmmakers to develop their talents and acquire new knowledge. As participants, not only do you become members of the center, but you also gain access to editing rooms and computers to work on your own projects. After field research, each participant can use the center's resources to finalize their films. Applications are open until November 20, and the program is designed to encourage idea exchange, collaboration, and creative growth in a warm and welcoming atmosphere at DC Krov.
