Belgrade is set to become the epicenter of contemporary art at the dawn of May! Novoriznica Belgrade is opening its doors to an all-new exhibition by Vladimir Sorokin, one of the leading contemporary Russian writers. This exhibition, inspired by his famous novel 'Blizzard', offers the audience a unique experience – literature transformed into visual art. Visitors will be able to explore twenty new graphic works and a selection of paintings, all coming together to create a magical interpretation of the world of 'Blizzard'. Known for its philosophical depth and symbolism, this novel gains a whole new meaning through art. After a successful stage adaptation at the Salzburg Festival, Sorokin's story is brought to life again, this time through the colors, shapes, and atmosphere of the gallery.
