Workshop on Circus Pedagogy with Petra Đurašković at Pogon Jedinstvo, June 1st & 2nd
Monday, 1 June 2026
09:00 - 11:00h
In the Grand Hall of Pogon Jedinstvo in Zagreb, future circus educators have the opportunity to discover how the circus can become a space for play, learning, and connection during two intensive sessions. Led by the renowned circus educator Petra Đurašković from the French school Turbul, the workshop brings rich international experience and innovative pedagogical approaches. Participants will engage in activities over two days (June 1st and 2nd, from 11 AM to 1 PM) that warm up the body, stimulate creativity, and develop essential skills like psychomotor abilities, trust, and team dynamics. The program includes five fundamental circus disciplines: acrobatics, aerial arts, object balancing, juggling, and clowning. The workshop is free, but spaces are limited, so registration is required. Access is inclusive and adapted for all ages, with an emphasis on exchanging experiences and creating new pedagogical tools through the joy of movement and play.
